My Role & Achievements
- Took charge of e-learning App and Web platforms for 9 markets across TW, HK, JP, KR and SEA
- Facilitated in transitioning product experience from 1-on-1 tutoring to one-stop online learning platform during company’s pivotal change
- Led product strategy, quarterly product planning and roadmap
- Led a product squad of 8 engineers, product designer, UX writer and user researcher to iterate the product
- Elevated course free trial design, resulting in lead gen increase by 100+ Line OA friends in one month, higher CR (adding Line OA) than the avg. of marketing campaigns by 5%
- Revamped information architecture and product design of App by implementing grade level and subject filter, contributing to a 30% increase in customer satisfaction rate
- Ran a/b testing experiment on plan card design and gained significant result, with an uplift of 1% for leading metric (Click on Get it Now btn ) and 3% for lagging metric (Click on Pay Now btn)
- Initiated to build product wiki and documentation
